Travel time covers time spent traveling to and from the equipment yard in Livermore, to the job site/ meeting place. Drilling time commences at arrival at drilling site, and ends once drilling is completed and tooling is loaded back onto truck. 2. There is a four-hour minimum charge for all field services. Thereafter time will be billed in ½ hour increments. 3. 72 hour notice required for cancellation. If proper notification is not received, 4 hour minimum charges apply. 4. Two site maximum per day. 5. Payment terms: Net 30 days. After 60 days from invoice date and for every 60 days thereafter, a late fee of 20% will be applied. 6. Any special requests of tooling will include an additional ½ hour charge for assembling and loading. 7. An overtime rate of 1.5 times the basic rates applies after 8 hours of work (drilling time only).
